Fidelity complys with all Appraisal Independence Requirements as set forth by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Housing Administration.

To ensure compliance Fidelity provides panel appraisers with a dedicated toll free Appraisal Interference Reporting toll free phone number and email address through which they can report to Fidelity any undue influence by anyone in the appraisal process.
